He helps you become more aware of your personal power, both in the workplace and in the world at large. And, he shows you how to become a powerful leader, one who motivates others to reach their true potential.
You'll learn how to recognize the seven distinct levels of energy that are the key to understanding why everyone thinks and acts the way they do. You'll learn how to distinguish truly effective leaders from those who deplete the energy of the people around them and specific techniques you can use to shift the energy levels of the people around you to inspire peak performance.
You'll also become familiar with the Big Four Energy Blocks, learn how to recognize them in yourself and others, and discover proven tools and strategies for overcoming these and other obstacles to success.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been able to see the great potential in individuals. How frustrating it is when people don’t exercise that potential. Nothing gives me more joy then when I can help connect people to their inner passion and purpose for a positive, lasting result.
My passion was ignited when I worked for years at a crises hotline. For 10+ years I was a support group facilitator with the mental health services department at Whitman Walker Clinic in Washington, DC. I helped many people with personal growth issues regarding career, relationships, health and wellness, gay/lesbian issues of acceptance and “coming out”, and most significantly death and dying. Not only did I receive superb and well-rounded training at Whitman Walker Clinic, I was also on the board of their Mental Health Services division.
I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education; a credentialed (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation; and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I am a certified coach for the Non-Executive and Executive PROFILOR Instrument (focusing on skills and behavior coaching).
In addition to running my own coaching practice, I am also an Executive Coach with the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), coaching the highest level officers of the Senior Executive Service in the United States Navy. I am a member of the Washington, DC chapter of the International Coaching Federation, The International Institute of Coaching, and The Coaching Zone. I am an affiliated corporate coach with Roving Coach International, a featured expert at Selfgrowth.com and an a Preferred Provider of Energy Leadership Coaching with IPEC.
In business, I have contributed to the success of some of the best media organizations in the country including; CBS/Columbia Records, Scholastic, Inc., Time-Life Books, National Geographic,PBS, and K12 Inc (as a Vice President). I have been and continue to be a pioneer in the eLearning and educational media field, having caught the wave of the growth of interactive electronic media since the beginning in the early 1990s.
As an executive, I have managed large teams of people (groups of up to 100 professionals). My focus with employees has always been on coaching them in their career options; helping them with personal and professional choices, and offering professional development.
