ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
 

ADIB H. SABREE

 

Adib has more than 20 years in training and career development/counseling with 12 years of progressive responsibility in planning and delivering learning programs. Among his major achievements, he designed a ‘corporate university’ for the tax office of a major U.S. city and made strategic use of the Individual Development Plan in a Performance Management System. Adib has a M.S. Degree in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology where he also received an Executive Leader Award for achievement.

Among his professional qualifications, he has earned numerous certificates and certifications – including Myers Briggs; MSCEIT (Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test); 360 Degree Feedback; DiSC (Dominance Influence Steadiness Conscientiousness).


Adib is a decorated Army war veteran with awards for achievement and for valor. He has served with various federal agencies – including Department of Labor, Census Bureau, and NASA. In 1999, Adib started his consulting business – Career Assessment and Training – in Rochester, New York.
