Identifying and Harnessing Internal and External Resources to Build Resilience

The current climate has tested our resilience in ways we could not have imagined a year ago and understanding what helps us to build resilience is more important than ever. Resilience can often be focused on the self and what you can do to build resilience and in this session we will identify these internal resources as well as resources external to ourselves. In what are challenging times to be job searching this session should enable you to see potential in yourself and the things around you enabling you to thrive, bounce back and meet challenges with confidence.

In this session we will explore:

  • What the six questions are that we need to ask ourselves to identify our resilient strengths

  • How to identify, harness and use internal resources to build resilience and

  • How to identify, navigate and access external resources to build resilience.
